“The contactless check-in, while intended for convenience, seems to introduce security concerns alongside access issues; the location in Mitte is appealing, yet overshadowed by reported issues with apartment maintenance and cleanliness. I noted mentions of fully equipped kitchenettes and a 24-hour fitness center, but these advantages are difficult to recommend given the other issues. Proceed with caution, as these conveniences may not offset the reported drawbacks.”

Convenient and Well-Equipped Stay
convenient location passcode entry cooking facilities free laundry
The location was very convenient, just a short walk to public transport. A passcode entry system eliminated the need for keys. ONE just needed to remember the code. The room had cooking facilities, and a supermarket was within a three-minute walk. Free washing machines and dryers were available for use. The apartment was clean, and staff held our bags until the specified check-in time.
The elevator wasn't always working, so stairs were necessary at times.

The accommodation is near public transport stops. It is close to major train lines and tram lines. Key attractions and restaurants are within easy walking distance, though the parking was expensive!

There is an office where guests can store luggage. Staff provided assistance with luggage storage until the 3pm check-in time. Pre-check-in online was helpful and the helpdesk available on the phone was great.
